How to Train the world... no wait...

Coming Soon: Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
I saw this add the other day and yahoo! movies just reminded me of it. Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, based of the comic of the same name, is about a guy who falls in love with a girl. He has to defeat her seven evil-ex-boyfriends in order to go out with her. The trailer looks really cute:

Were you as surprised as I to see Chris Evans and Brandon Routh?

Review: How to Train Your Dragon *no spoilers*
The film was great. I had high expectations and it didn't let me down, thank you Dreamworks. Hiccup a "runt" Viking wants to prove himself and kill a dragon. Unable to actually wield an ax or sword, he builds a contraption to hit a dragon, and he succeeds. Well sort of. Anyway when he finally finds the dragon he shot down, he finds himself unable to kill it, instead he sets it free. He learns to get close the the dragon and soon develops a relationship him. I'll not go into any more details because you should really see it. But know this: the movie had a great story, was visually stunning, and the there were plenty of good jokes.

Coming Soon: Shrek 4
So when I went to see How to Train your Dragon, I saw the trailer for Shrek 4. I might actually go see it. The third movie was a disappointment, but Dreamworks promised this next installment would be the last Shrek. That makes me hopeful that it will actually be good. Here is the teaser trailer (not the one I saw, but whatever):

Coming soon, May 21, 2010

Comment Response:
Thanks K for commenting on my last post. These two movies are definitely interesting and worth noting.
Killers:
The film is about a woman who meets a man in a hotel in Nice. They fall in love, but he forgot to mention, he's an assassin.

Coming to theaters June 4, 2010.

The Joneses:
Very interesting concept. It's about the perfect family, or is it? They are a unit of people who "stealth market." They convince people to buy things using their status of being "the Joneses". Watch:

Comes out April 16th, 2010!
