Doctor Who: (spoiler alert)
I saw the episode as soon as I could online. The Weeping Angels get taken care of, but they brought the cracks to the Doctor's Attention. To his defense, he could see the one in the UK spaceship, that was on the outside. And the Tardis blocked out the crack in the bunker in UK WWII. Yeah... Somehow Amy is behind it all because something happens in Amy's time on her wedding day that blows a hole in time and space. Interesting.
Oh and Terry Pratchett rips on Doctor Who. Maybe, rips is too strong of a word, but he points out how much of plot device the Doctor is. And he's completely right, but the show is still great anyway.
Fringe:
The very Film Noir episode of Fringe was interesting. As I suspected, the whole explanation for the alternate reality was a story. Walter tells Dunham's niece a story about a PI who was burned by love and takes a case about a missing man, Peter. It was kinda cool. Visually it was Art Deco, but with modern conveniences like cell phones and computers.
Bones:
I was kinda pissed off at this episode. Bones and Booth need to admit that their in love with each other and do something about it instead of Bones pretending (quite effectively to fool Sweets) that she doesn't have feelings for Booth. And Booth is in denial, he keeps mentioning the girl he's going out with. And she's the lawyer from NCIS who had a thing for Gibbs. Interesante. Anyway, I sadly fast forward through a lot of the episode and still was able to follow the story.
Coming Soon: Undercovers
NBC picked up a new show by J.J. Ambrams. It's Mr. and Mrs. Smith that's more self aware. A married couple who were both spies retire and move to LA, but they soon get called back into action. Sounds interesting, hopefully NBC will start to get some good shows in their lineup. The only good thing in their lineup is Chuck (my humble opinion of course).
Iron Man 2:
Iron Man 2 opens this week. I'm so excited. I've already got my ticket to see the midnight showing. So I may have a brief review Friday, I might not. It is Hell week this week (i.e. The last full week of school before finals). But I found this interesting quiz for comic fans of Iron Man: click here. Oh and Olivia Munn will be playing a reporter, Chess Roberts.
