Doctor Who Season 6

Season 6 is getting exciting. This page is for Doctor Who Analysis.

The mysterious eye-patch woman
This woman has popped up in episodes 2 and 3 so far. She only appears to Amy through a sliding opening. Here is a list of what she says and where Amy hears it.
  • Episode 2. Amy is looking through the orphanage for the girl. As she reaches a door she sees part of the panel slide open and the eye-patch woman says, “No I think she’s just Dreaming.” and then slides the window closed. It sounds like she is talking to someone else.
  • Episode 3. Rory, Amy, the Doctor, Toby and the Captain are holed up in the armory, waiting for the wind to pick up. Rory and Amy are asleep and Amy is awoken by“It's fine. You're doing fine. Just stay calm," she looks up to see the eye-patch woman through hole in the wall. The eye-patch woman closes the window revealing just a wood wall.
Is this woman related to The Silence? Does it have anything to do with her weird pregnancy? Discussion start!! I'll post more quotes once I see the new episodes (usually Sunday).

    I think Amy and her Uterus are a temporal rift where she is going through her pregnancy in an separate universe/timeline which is occurring at the same time or has already happened.

    That would explain the picture of Amy with, I'm assuming, the girl from the astronaut suit. After all time isn't linear its a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey.
